Our work is forensic in nature: we initially examine a client's business holistically, and following rigorous analysis, drive to a set of recommendations that we help implement. Our clients are really more like partners. Our secret is to not only determine the best mix of strategies to achieve dramatic growth but to embrace the entire firm to achieve the ambitious goals we collectively set. Our experience tells us that businesses become more successful when everyone can share in the success: not just the pleasure of seeing dramatic and profitable growth but with the knowledge that it's been a real team effort, from conception, through to implementation and finally realising and surpassing the set goals.
Our Beliefs
We believe that:
• Whether they care to admit it, ALL businesses are in the sales and marketing business. Manufacturers, professional services firms, retailers and other businesses can produce the best products and services in the world however if they are not optimally marketed, sold and serviced, the business will fail.
• Most businesses believe they are in a different business to what they actually are. With hoards of competitors around every corner, businesses need to stand out from the pack by creating a unique selling proposition and only sell the benefits of their product and service, versus selling the features. Dominos Pizza sell pizzas however it is not in the pizza business. It is in the convenience business. We believe ALL businesses need to think with this mentality
• Owners and managers of business spend too much time down in the weeds working INSIDE their businesses, rather than ON their businesses. This leads to many problems including scalability, dependency, trapped IP, lack of process and systemisation. ALL business can and should run on 'auto-pilot' allowing them to be sold at a premium valuation, floated or developed for franchising.
• Every business can adopt a change in mindset and develop new and exiting marketing and business development strategies to turbo-charge sales and profits.
